Maple-Orange Salmon Recipe

Delicate salmon fillets glazed with a delightful combination of maple and zesty orange!




  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towel and place in dish (skin side down if using skin-on salmon).
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the syrup, soy sauce, zest and orange juice.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon and top each filet with a sprig of rosemary.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon reaches 145°F and flakes easily with a fork.
