  1. Process eggs, milk and Maple Grove Farms Belgium Waffle Mix in blender until smooth. Let batter rest 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 10-inch ovenproof skillet in oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove skillet from oven. Add butter to skillet and swirl to coat bottom and sides of skillet.Pour batter into hot skillet and place in oven.
  4. Bake until pancake is puffed, lightly browned across the top, and darker brown on the sides and edges, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Top pancake with berries and sprinkle with Confectioners’ sugar.
