Pie Crust 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Maple Grove Farms Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup Softened butter
  • 2 tbsp Boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
Cream together All Purpose Mix and soft butter. Add boiling water.

Stir with wooden spoon until uniform dough forms. Pat dough into a 9 pie pan.

Prick bottom and sides of crust with a fork, to vent.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When dough has chilled, uncover and bake at 400

For 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned on edges. Fill as usual.
 
YIELD:  1 nine inch pie crust
COOK TIME:  10 - 15 minutes
