Maple Syrup Graham Bread 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cup buttermilk, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, blend together the white flour, baking pwder, baking soda and salt.

Measure and stir in whole wheat flour.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs and blend in the buttermilk, sour cream and Pure Maple Syrup.

Pour this liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well.

Grease and line, with greased waxed paper, tow 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pans.

Cook n a 325 degrees oven for 1 hour (40 minutes in a convection oven).

Test for doneness

Turn loaves on their sides and gently tug on a paper to pull the loaves out

Cool before slicing
