Guilt Free French Toast 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 slices 40 calorie bread (any flovor)
  • 3/4 cup egg beaters or egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup Maple Grove Sugar Free Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Syrup, if desired. Spray a griddle, frying pan or electric skillet with butter flavored non stick spray. Pour egg beaters into a medium size bowl, dip each slice of bread into egg mixture and place on griddle. Cook each side of bread until golden brown, spraying each side of the bread before turning over. Place cooked bread on a plate, pour 1/2 cup Maple Grove Sugar Free Maple Syrup over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
