Bacon & Maple Sweet Sea Scallops 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 24 fresh sea scallops
  • 6 slices bacon, lean
  • 24  toothpicks soaked in water for 5 minutes
DIRECTIONS:
Wrap scallops with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Marinate with Pure Maple Syrup. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or more.

Broil or grill, basting and turning until crisp on all sides. Drain on paper plate. Arrange on plate with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
