Gluten Free Coating for Oven Baked Chicken Strips 
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2inch strips
  • 3/4 Cup  Maple Grove Gluten Free All Purpose Mix
  • 1/2 cup  Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon  Teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon  paprika
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons  melted butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.

Stir together Maple Grove Gluten Free All Purpose Mix with grated cheese and spices, in a shallow baking dish. Beat eggs and pour into bowl. Dip chicken strips first into eggs then coat with All Purpose Mixture. For heavier coating, repeat. Place coated chicken on prepared cookie sheet. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken strips. Bake 12-14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes.
