| Sensational Sesame Noodle Salad |

| INGREDIENTS: |
- 1/3 cup All Natural Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 3/4 lb. dried spaghetti or soba noodles
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/8 inch thick strips
- 2 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

| DIRECTIONS: |
Make dressing. Combine all dressing ingredients, blend well.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain in a colander, then rinse well under cold water.
Add pasta, scallions, bell peppers, carrots and sesame seeds to dressing, tossing to combine and serve immediately. |
